WHAT ITEMS CAN I STORE?
Our outdoor storage facility will be able to house all of your needs. From commercial needs to recreational - Equipment, Boats, RV's, Fleet, Cars, Trucks, ATV, and more.
DO YOU PROVIDE WINTERIZING AND SHRINK WRAP?
Yes, we can winterize and shrink wrap your boats! Please contact us for more info.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Our pricing is simple. $45.00+Tax a month with no hidden or additional fees. This includes one spot to store items.
ARE MY ITEMS INSURED?
No, Renters are responsible for insuring their goods.
HOW DO I MAKE/BOOK A SPACE?
To book a space, please contact twinlakesselfstorage@gmail.com and one of our staff will get back to you within 24 hours. If you require immediate assistance, you can also call 289-339-4544. Once you submit an inquiry with the date you wish to begin your rental, you will receive an agreement package (a sample contact can be found here), which you are then required to fill out, sign and e-mail back to us along with a photo copy of the primary and/or secondary customer's photo identification.

If you wish to fill out a package in person upon arrival, you may do so as well.
IS THERE A TERM CONTRACT?
No. The Storage Rental is Monthly. Payment will be requested on the monthly anniversary of your 'Start Date.'
WHAT IF I ONLY NEED TWO WEEKS?
Regardless of length that you are requesting, all rates will be based off a monthly rental and not partial.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
30 Days notice from your Monthly Start Date.
WHEN CAN I ACCESS MY ITEMS?
24/7 provided you notify us 48-72 Hours in advance. Otherwise 24 Hours.
IS THERE SECURITY ON SITE?
The facility is located off of Twelve Mile Road. There is only one entrance/exit and the entrance is gated.
WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY ID?
ID is mandatory from all Customers who wish to have access to the site. Government Issued ID will only be accepted. ID is required to ensure the contents and security of all Customers.
WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY BELONGINGS?
The only one with access to your belongings will be the "Primary Customer" and if provided the "Secondary Customer". Access refers to adding and removing content in the Space provided.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO BE A PRIMARY CUSTOMER
All Primary Customers must be over the age of 18 years old. All Customers between the ages of 16 to 18 may be considered as a Secondary Customer. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES patrons under the age of 16 will not be given access to at any time without a Primary or Secondary Customer present.
